Rivers, oceans, waterfalls, cruises and instantly you look at them and think “wow, that would be so nice”. Why? because the mere thought of water makes you feel relaxed, refreshed and cleansed.
So think now about the effect a glass of water has on your emotional well being. Instantly when you drink water you feel refreshed, hydrated, clean and energised. Think of drinking water as your internal shower. Before you jump in the shower and cleanse yourself on the outside, take a drink of water and shower yourself on the inside.

If you like tea, coffee alcohol and other drinks, then get into the habit of drinking a glass of water straight after, to help flush out impurities.
Less impurities on the inside means more glow on the outside. Sure, it’s important to follow up with a good moisturiser for the outside but thats another discussion.
